On May 4, CEMV and city staff presented to the city council an informative and educational workshop on Proposition K - the rent control ordinance in Escondido.
 
CEMV asked for this meeting during the first city council session of this year and it came to fruition. We encourage all the mobile home residents in the city to watch the video of the meeting to understand how important rent control is to the residents of Escondido's mobile home parks.
